Terms & Conditions Last Updated: April 2026 Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the CHORAN platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using CHORAN, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION CHORAN is a multi-service platform that provides: - Food and grocery delivery from local vendors - Print & Xerox document services - Quick car booking services Services are available within designated delivery/service areas. 3. USER ACCOUNTS - You must provide accurate registration information - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password - You must be 18 years or older to create an account - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account 4. ORDERING PROCESS - Orders are subject to availability and vendor acceptance - Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise - Pre-orders require a valid future date and time selection - Orders may be cancelled as per our Refund Policy 5. PAYMENT - We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments via Razorpay - All UPI transactions are processed securely through Razorpay - COD amounts must be paid in full at the time of delivery - Platform fees and delivery charges will be shown at checkout 6. DELIVERY - Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary - Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes - We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control - You must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address 7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS - Orders may be cancelled before the vendor accepts them - Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days - For COD orders, no refund is applicable after delivery - Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery - Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of CHORAN 8. AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS - Certain products (marked as 21+ Restricted) are available only to users who have verified their age as 21 or older - By verifying your age and purchasing restricted items, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction - CHORAN reserves the right to verify age at the time of delivery 9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to: - Use the platform for unlawful purposes - Provide false information or impersonate others - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform - Harass or abuse delivery personnel or vendors - Place fraudulent orders 10. VENDOR AND DELIVERY PARTNER RELATIONS - CHORAN acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors and delivery partners - Vendors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their products - CHORAN is not liable for product quality issues beyond what our refund policy covers 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the CHORAN platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of CHORAN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHORAN shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data or profits arising from use of our services - Actions of third-party vendors or delivery partners 13. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 14. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
